One Piece: Super Grand Battle X

I have a couple of questions for anyone who has played this. First off, can you use the D-Pad to move? And secondly, how well is the 3d implemented in it? From the looks of it, it seems to have some good depth and several layers. I really hope that this game gets a NA release or else Im going to be upset that we got UWR and RD instead of this.
