Hello! I need my Jolteon's IVs changed to 31/30/30/31/31/31 as I am not a fan of breeding for Hidden Powers. I no longer have access to PKHex so I can't do it myself. I will give you a +1 Rep and a Mew code if you're interested. Thank you for your time.
