The title says it all; I need someone who is able to gen me the following Zapdos for Kanto Classic. IVs should be: 31/31/31/31/31/30 (Hidden Power Ice); no EVs and if possible in a Master Ball; non shiny.

I have a couple of shinies I'm willing to trade in exchange for the Zapdos.
