I'm pretty sure a shiny legendary in competitions is a surefire way to get a ban, as they are shiny-locked. Unless you're just going to be playing around with it in free battles and such, I'd recommend ditching the shine. Anyways if you're looking for someone with a powersave, I could recommend a few people.
* Actually I was wrong, There was a way to get a shiny Mew. It's from the in-game event in Emerald. However, the Old Sea Map was only distributed to Japanese games. Any English Mew you'll find is illegal.

@anabel I'd be happy to help you out, send me a pm we can work out a trade time and I'll edit your Pokemon and even make it a Japanese one, as @LonerBird suggested getting around the shiny legality issue.
