Guide to "Make" Pokémon HELP

I know there are a lot of PowerSaves users in this community, and I was wondering if the professionals out there could either make a guide, or direct me to one in which I can learn to "make" Pokémon that I could then distribute to the community.

I would like to know the following:

1. How to easily "make" the Pokémon.
   
2. How to customize the Pokémon (Moves, EVs, IVs, Nature, etc.).
   
3. How to make the Pokémon Shiny, have Pokérus, etc.
   
4. How to clone/duplicate the Pokémon in mass amounts so that they can be distributed.
   
5. How to do all of this so that they are tradable and no error is given when trying to trade.
