I'm a newbie VGC player and need help w/ something :D

I need some one to clone a heatran that I'm gonna give you..

Then make the Original on Shiny(Change OT # one) then make his ivs IV's- 31 HP, 0 Atk, 30 Def, 31 SpA, 31 Sp.Def 31 Spa

Then make the cloned Shiny(Iv Changing one) then make it 5iv(0 Atk)...
