Pokemon Mystery Dungeon themed Sets

Hey guys! I'm a huge PMD fan, so if someone may get me any or all of these Pokemon, that'd be fantastic! They ALL need to come from Gen 4 and have the OT set as PMD-Sky to fit my other two Pokemon, Skuntank and Grovyle.

At the very least, I really want Riolu and Eevee the most.

For the most part i can gen all these up, but they wont come from gen 4 directly. The'd be genned and made in gen 7
