shiny froakie?

Hey guys. I have some pretty viable trading options if anyone would powersave me a shiny froakie that is female, timid nature, protean ability and 5 ivs with the lacking iv in attack. If you can please pm or post on this thread so I can get back to you and discuss the trading options.

I dont think you can do that with power saves. I have one but i would be doing that if i could.

Alright. I am not too clear on powersaves but I am in need of a shiny froakie. What poke would you like in return if you are willing to trade? I will tell you if I have it or if I can get one.
