Phone help (Apple phone)

I recently upgraded my phone and I can't seem to us one of my ringtones I've bought and I need to pay for it again if I want it back can someone please tell me how to fix this problem
in the words of my granddad "it takes a strong man to stand up for himself but it takes a stronger man to stand up for others". Which one are you?!
