I remember in X/Y that there was the Lumios city loop to hatch my eggs. Is there something like that in OR/AS?

I'm not sure about OR/AS but I believe in the original Ruby game (never played Sapphire) there was such a thing. Not sure where though. Sorry.

Yes and it's 10000x better at the battle resort near the daycare line yourself with the rock to the right or beach-side to the left left right before the changes the camera view and hold up and keep holding up and your should keep going around the entire island forever it's really good since you are near the daycare, hope I explained it good enough

A really good place for breeding is the battle resort since it has the day care and an infinite loop just by holding up the circle pad in the right place.
