Is Pokegen considered cheating if you make normal pokemon with normal stats???

A lot of people are against it, and to an extent so am I. The thing is the same people often have no issue with getting a pokemon legit and cloning it and trading the clone for other people's clones (particularly legendaries). I personally feel they are both as bad as each other.

Basically it saves a lot of time. If you can easily get the pokemon you need without genning, do so, but just know that many other people will be genning and the time saved can be very nice.
