Pokemon Bank Compatibility

Currently only have OmegaRuby which is the most current Pokemon.

So I wanted to get like the older Pokemons like Pokemon Yellow, SoulSilver, etc and
trade all of them to my Pokemon Bank and then into my OMEGARUBY.

Is this possible, how does it work?

Ok so, right now you cannot bring any pokemon from RBY to ORAS since well nintendo was like , that stuff is for Sun & Moon

As for games from RSE, and this is real brief, you need to bring it up gen by gen via its respectable ways and when you get them to B&W, use the poke transporter to put them into your pokebank. Pretty sure Jwittz did a video talking more indepth about this but yea


As far as I know, Pokebank is only compatible with X,Y and ORAS.

He's right, you have to bring them from Soul Silver to Black, White, Black 2, or White 2 then transfer them to the Pokemon Bank.

So from SOULSIVER to will use BLACK as a example

SOULSILVER to BLACK to BLACK2 to OMEGARUBY?

or it can be any BLACK?

It can be transferred from Black, you don't have to transfer it to Black 2 as they're in the same generation.
