Pokemon with 0 iv in speed?

Ive been breeding for a aegislash for a while now and i just got a five iv honedge, i really need a 0 speed iv pokemon to complete it. If someone can please help me it would be much appreciated

I can gice you a ditto with 0 speed IV, perfect in the rest of the IV's.
