Potential Rules for VGC 2015

Forum Mod N_Nonymous stumbled upon what might be the VGC 2015 format. Last year, the format was exactly the same as one of the "Special Battle" seasons and this might be our first clue as to what we can expect for next year's competitions (Starting in January).
