[S/M] UB Help

Know i havent caught ANY of the ultra beast because i want to use them for competetive playing,
but i dont know how i should build my UB's. (i have pokemon sun)

The UB's i can catch is
UB-01 Nihilego 
UB-02 Buzzwole
UB-03 Lightning (Xerkitree)
UB-04 Blade (kartana)
UB-05 Gluttony (Guzzlord)
Necrozma ( not an UB)

Edit i also need a moveset for Tapu fini

For VGC or Smogon? Because Necrozma can't be used in VGC.

That dosent matter to me would best if it was from Smogon
