Showdown Random Battles: Road to Top 20

So basically I want to get to the top 20 on the ladder for Random Battles (On Showdown of Course). I will post the best battles here.
QUESTION OF THE DAY: What is the highest you've gotten on the Showdown Ladder? For what ladder?

I reached 1650 in ORAS OU last August. I use ladder just to try new sets/cores/things vs more or less skilled opponents, using two accounts to skip fastly from 1000 to 1200 and from 1200 to 1400. I don't think it's a good training or a skill index: better playing vs known players.

i got to 1733 in oras uu before the salamence suspect which was cool, got to similar levels in the oras ou/sm ou ladder but i never actually tried to ladder to top 10 or stuff like that. good luck for your challenge!
