by Legit do you mean normal pokemons but just to get IVs etc faster?

but are they legal?like, can Nintendo see if it is from powersave when you only use normal attacks etc, like for competitive etc

A pokemon create via pkhex or powersaves can't be legal for definition (a pokemon even with normal moves,ivs, nature and ability created via these methods can be assumed as legit but not legal). Btw pokemons created with pkhex, if used correctly without hacked (with pkhex you can edit literally anything of the pkm), are indistinguishables from legals U_U . Personally I find this one just a faster way to create your personal team, but the satisfaction to make it with the ordinary method can't be compared (if i'm not forced by events, I always breed my pokes).

Again, I am having a tournament next week but I am in my exams. I have no time to breed/EV train this. Besides I don't even have the means to. If someone could legit gen or powersave this for me, you'd be a lifesaver!
