ORAS - Fortree City (from Aarune once the player reaches the Platinum rank in the Secret Base ranking)
It's not easy to obtain it, but you can definitely get one in ORAS. The minute you think of giving up, think of the reason why you held on so long.

Getting the needed flags if definitely not an easy task, but if you want a Garchompite bad enough, that's the way to get it lol. Better start secret base hunting! (Even I don't have one yet... -_-)
