I know I'm a bit late to the Mega-Kangaskhan party, but I've only just constructed a team for VGC 2016 with one. If anyone can quickly trade me a Kangaskhan with Scrappy, I'd really appreciate it. IVs and Nature don't matter because I'm happy to do all the necessary breeding.
