[REQUEST] HELP

I'm building a team for a battle against a friend, and I'm trying to get Draco Meteor on my Latios, I Spent around an hour on Pokemon Amie, got to max happiness, but the guy in Sootopolis still says my bond isn't big enough, it's not traded or anything. Help pls.

Take it to mauville city, and give it a massage to increase its happiness

I think you've mistaken that with affection. Go search up friendship on Bulbapedia. There is a difference between affection and friendship

In order to have Latios learn Draco Meteor, you can either have him hit the soothing training bags in the super training center on the touchscreen or EV train him. EV training your Latios will allow you to have him learn D-Meteor easier for competitive play. On the bright side, Latios is now affectionate to you lol
Sleep is important, so take a nap -_- (zzzzzzz....)
