I'm using my destiny knot right now but you can keep battling the couple in the sea mauvale and they should give you another one even if you've collected one already

I have several I can give you if you want them. Deposit a Zubat or Tentacool to the GTS, and ask for a Tropius, Male, Lv.21-30.
