[REQUEST] LF Lightning Rod Pikachu

I need a female Lightning Rod Pikachu. I would prefer one with a Naive nature and/or the move Wish, but I'll take any female Lightning Rod Pikachu. I have a few different 5IV Timid Levitate Rotom I can offer in return. All of them are newly hatched and untouched.

I have a female lighting rod Raichu but it probably has no perfect IVs (wild caught). But If you give me some time i can try to breed one with better Ivs

I'd be ok with no IVs. I haven't quite decided yet exactly which IVs I want to breed for anyway.
