If you have OR/AS, you can find some of the items on Pokemon by dexnaving.

Power Herb - Can be found on Seedot and Nuzleaf by dexnaving.
Life Orb - Can be found on Absol by dexnaving.
Leftovers - Route 12 in X/Y, SS Tidal in OR/AS.
