Alright I am finished. I already had the Scrafty created so I didn't change the Evs but you can if you feel its ness. (BTW I don't think you should be running any speed on it since you are part of a trick room team which makes the speed pointless and with the large bulk that scraft is (including the intimidate) you can be slower most times)
