Ways to do it legitamately:
1) Find an abra with timid nature and have it as a lead to cath him. You have a 50% chance to get it.
2) Grind battle tree for bottle caps. You will get 1 as a reward when you reach super single level 40. Lose from there and continue to get your bottle cap.
alternatively:
Grind shards through poke pelago using the recent discovered bug that resets the time and exchange them for bottle caps.
3) Grind your koko to level 100 to use the bottle caps for perfect IVs.
