Hey when I traded in all my poke miles for rare candies before the pgl shutdown for oras but I never game synced Sad Is there any way to get those back?

Probably not, seeing as the new website is up and running. As far as I know, you're out of luck. There should be an NPC in Mauville city to trade in future Poke Miles.
