[REQUEST] PkHex help needed

So I was wondering if somebody could PkHex a very specific pokemon?
So atm my Favourite Pokémon is Victini, what I would like is a shiny hunter Victini. i.e. A Victini with False Swipe T-Wave and Hypnosis.
Preferably at Level 100 and Shiny

Victini Is shiny locked. AKA You cant get it shiny.
