I just need 1 more pokemon to complete my competetive team which is oddish with run away abillity (want to evolve it to make vileplume with efect spore).

Depending on your game, you can easily catch a hidden ability Oddish/Gloom yourself. If you have X/Y, you might not be able to catch one as it depends on your friend safaris.

Hidden Ability Oddish
XY - Friend Safari (Grass)

ORAS - Routes 110, 117, 119, 120, and Safari Zone (DexNav); Routes 119, 120, and Safari Zone (Horde Encounter)

Hidden Ability Gloom
XY - Friend Safari (Poison)

ORAS - Routes 119, 120, 121, and 123, Safari Zone (DexNav)

@Excalibur0126 Heheheh ,yeah you are right! I just dexnav oddish on route 110 and the first one had run away! Thanks a lot!
