[REQUEST] Scraggy, Exeggcute, Nidoran, Chespin, & Regirock

I was wondering if anyone can provide me with the following Pokemons:
HA Scraggy
HA Exeggcute
HA Nidoran
HA Chespin

And a special request for a Regirock. My ideal Regirock would be the following.
Regirock @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Rock Slide
- Drain Punch
- Ice Punch
- Earthquake

But an adamant Regirock with 5IV without the SpA would be perfect. Thank you in advance.

Its a breeding reject, it doesn't have the right moves, nature, ability or ivs

I think Breedjects are pokemon who were born for a specific request but didn't make the cut for one reaosn or another.

Example:
Request:
Fletchling,HA, All IV except Sp Atk

Breedject:
Fletchling,HA, A;ll IV except Spd

But, I might be wrong ^^;
