this is kindof weird but if anyone has a japanese goomy that would be great because i want to breed for a shiny
in exchange i can either give a hidden ability slowpoke or hidden ability dratini(with extreme speed)

The easiest solution is to get a foreign 6IV ditto. That way anything you breed will have a higher chance of being shiny and it's easier to breed for a shiny with high IVs. I'm pretty sure there is a giveaway for them, if there isn't I'm sure there will be one soon.
