Is it possible to use the non Alolan form of Raichu in VGC 18? If so, how do you get this form?

Hey, SoKoJohn!

Why yes! It is possible to evolve Pikachu into Kanto-Raichu. All you need do is evolve it with its Thunder Stone somewhere in Ultra Space. I believe you can do this with any Kanto evolution. Austin John Plays has a great guide on this. Here you go:
