[S/M] Completing the Pokedex

Hi everyone, so I need the the following Pokemon to complete my Pokedex;

-Slowking
-Politoad
-Milotic
-Magmortar
-Electivire
-Porygon 2
-Porygon Z
-Weavile
-Scizor

I don't have have a Metal Coat or Razor Claw and only have 1 Kings Rock but I have all the evolution items for the other Pokemon just need help with trading since GTS is useless. I hope someone can help me out it will be much appreciated.
