[S/M] How to teach Chansey Seismic Toss

Good Evening everyone (at least it is evening here)

I want a Chansey knows Seismic Toss however, even I followed the guides, bred my Blissey with a Mawile(knows Seismic Toss) the off-spring Happinys do not know Seismic Toss and after I evolve them still not leart.

Is there another step I should follow during breeding process?

Only Chansey can learn ST as EM, while Happiny can't. You just have to remove the Luck Incense from Chansey's mother.

I have some Seismic Toss Heal Bell Aroma therapy Counter Chanseys floating around somewhere in my boxes if you need me to breed you one.  I forget the nature but it reduces the useless attack to raise the abysmal defense.
