Do ultra beasts + Alternative Legendary Pokemon count towards Shiny Charm?

I'm evovling my cosmog now and im wondering if when it evovles my dex will be done, or do I have to get the other ledgendary and the beasts to finish?

I don't really understand the question, but yeah cosmog and all of the UB's and Tapu's are all on the dex

All i know about the charm is that your pokedex has to be at 100% bbefore you get it
