It took me like an hour and a half to finally get ice punch onto my soon to be bewear.
I really wanted bewear like, "NOW" and couldn't wait for the bank to come out.
I think this method can be used for other mons as well.
Here is how I did it:
1. Catch a crabrawler.
2. Feed it a rare candy near ice rock to evolve it.
3. Once it learns ice punch, go look for smeargles in the wild.
4. Make a male smeargle sketch ice punch.
5. Catch it and breed it.
PROBLEMS :
If crabrawler's level is too low, smeargle will be faster and will never sketch your ice punch. On the other hand, if its too high, smeargle will be OHKOd by your ice punch. You need it hit it with a move it won't be OHKOd by. Make it sketch that and use the SOS and wait for a male smeargle. When you find it, kill the original one with an ice punch.
Boom. Im glad it worked, would've cried if it didn't ..
EDIT : I believe this is the only possible method to get ice punch on your stufful pre-bank.. Correct me if I am wrong
