I love making ridiculous sets in Pokemon because it's fun. Z-Moves are amazing aren't they? From Extreme Evoboost to Genesis Supernova, Z-Moves shook up competitive play massively. One of the lesser known Z-Moves is Z-Happy Hour. It boosts all the user's stats by one. Now as the title says, Gyarados is the star of the show here. With Persian leading for Partin Shot, I went into Hypno for Wall setup, and well, you'll see the rest! Let me know what you think.

It was definitely an interesting battle. I wouldn't have thought to use an event mon like that. I'm surprised you went with Intimidate over Moxie, especially in Singles. Then again, I mostly play Doubles, so what do I know? Overall though, I liked the battle. Probably not a set I'll use, but bravo to you for making it work!
