how do i find my pokemons iv's

hi i was wondering how to find out the iv's of a pokemon because i was going to do a giveaway but i need to know the iv's first if anyone is able to help please comment below

At the battle Resort, go into the pokecenter and talk to the ace trainer in the top right.
