I really need help. I can not catch Kyogre after 30 minutes I am on my last resort. Does anyone have a Gallade that has its mega stone and is NOT EV traded yeT?

I have a gallade... But no mega stone- I'm sorry Sad he's not ev trained although if u use him I'll want him back- he's essential to my team

What level is he? MEga stone isnt needed really. As long as hes somewhere from level 70-80
