Does anyone know if the mythical event Pokemon from the 20th year celebration can be shiny. I just want to know before I start sring on them.

Nope, all Pokemon obtained from events are either always shiny or never shiny.

Yah @Excalibur0126 is right. It'll only be shiny if it's supposed to be shiny.
