If you breed two genderless Pokémon (Lets say staryu and ditto) how does the game decide which prevail the baby will be in?

Genderless Pokemon can only breed with Ditto, and you can't get Ditto eggs, so it's automatically the other Pokemon. Hope I helped! ^^

Sorry i had a typo. Darn phone.  I was asking which pokeball. Typically the mother would pass on her ball but there's no "mother" so to speak.

@Calyx Then, the offspring will always be in a regular Pokeball.
