Help transfering Megastones from AS to OR

I'm looking to transfer some megastones from AS to OR. I'm using AS as a "for fun" cartridge but have to start a new game to do so. I'd like to get some of the more valuable items to my OR cart which is my persistent save. I've got about 2 boxes worth of Pokemon with Megastones on them. If anyone has a little time I'd greatly appreciate it.

I have 5IV Absols, Ralts and Mudkips as well as a 6IV Honedge I'm willing to trade in exchange. The Absol and Honedge can be female if you prefer. All are legitimately bread if that's something you're against.
