Looking for suction cups

Hi there! I recently started shiny fishing again but i've had no luck finding a pokemon with suction cups yet to shiny hunt with.
is there anyone who can trade me one i don't really care which one it is or the gender. I can trade you a starter for it if you'd like, or an other pokemon just ask if you're looking for one.
