sooo I'm building some weather teams, and after realizing Sand is rather...constraining, I'm moving on to my Rain team.  Right now, I need my Swift Swim abuser, and I've always loved Kingdra.  Now I finally have a reason to use it, but no HA Horsea.  that's where I hope one of you can help me!  I would also ask if it can have Muddy Water bred onto it as an Egg Move, obviously.
