Ability: Trace  
EVs: 252 HP / 120 Def / 136 SpD  
Calm Nature  
- Recover  
- Tri Attack  
- Ice Beam  
- Toxic

I can offer a Shiny Latios as well as BR pokemon and HAs

Well you aren't going to get anywhere by wanting more than you're offering. I would request a shiny BR for a shiny of yours, or a non-shiny BR for a non-shiny of yours. 1 for 1 is what I'm getting at.

I have several Battle Ready Pokemon, including:

Metagross
Houndoom
Charizard Y
Volcarona

As well as some more

Have some HA pokemon including:
Torchic
Snivy
Eevee
Slowpoke
Carvanha
Froakie

And many more
