We are in no way directly affiliated with Gamefreak/Nintendo in general, so this isn't against the rules. While some players may frown upon it, others do not. Not everyone has the time to get the Pokemon they want, nor does everyone like the Pokemon they currently have. When it comes down to it, as long as the Pokemon don't have illegal moves (Caterpie with Geomancy or something) and their stats aren't modded to surpass their limits, I personally see no problem with it as it doesn't really hurt anyone. That being said to anyone else who reads this: Please be respectful to both parties that either are for, or against it.
