@LegenDFairy May have to try over the GTS. It's saying there's a pokemon that cannot be traded in my party for some reason.
EDIT: So apparently you can't trade the trio caught in ORAS to X and Y according to this

Apparently the game doesn't allow the trio to be traded from ORAS to XY. Do you have a copy of ORAS?

Maybe try trading them via GTS, they don't have any item right?
