They are, the hoppa is from the macdonalds event and diancie is from the hope event. They both trigger the in games events for the for the prison bottle and the Diancite for my Omega Ruby. As long as your Volcanion is the from the Japanese Event you can have both. I'll add your friend code get back to me as soon as you can.  :D
