As the title says I am looking for a shiny Prankster Cottonee or Whimsicott. Preferably the Cottonee so I can level it myself and 4IV+ would be nice but I know it is asking a lot.

its a shiny lvl 1 cottonee with 3 IV´s and it doesnt have prankster. I´m open to any offer. I know it doesnt have 4 Iv´but text me if you still want it.
