LF: sheer cold, lock on smeargle for Festive Feud!

I really want to use smeargle for the upcoming Festive Feud, but I don't understand how to get sheer cold or lock on on him. Any help would be appreciated! Will trade a shiny for a smeargle!! Thank you!

I've got an army of smeargles, breeding for shiny. Any specific nature/ ability combo you're looking for?

The best way to get a move on smeargle is to do a duo fight with one pokemon that has the move you want and a smeargle, use the move you want then use sketch on the pokemon that used that move!.. Reading this back I may have made it sound more complicated that it is, trust me. It's easy haha.
