Looking for a male sneasel with competitive IVs(do not need to be perfect) naturally bred and still in the egg preferably, moves don't matter I can take care of that. Thanks in advance fo the help getting ready for the Sinnoh Classic.

Well you never know the gender till its born... But I have a 6iv ditto Japenese in daycare I'm breeding one with I'll dried you a few eggs

You can use the time machine method to look if it will be born with th perfect IVs nature, gender etc...
Look it up its really helpful, and with a 6 IV ditto you should be looking at less than an hour to only breed 1 single perfect egg
